We use the published UPS and USPS rates to determine shipping costs for packages. When quoting a price for shipping, you will receive a quote for the actual cost of shipping an item to your zip code, packing and labor, the cost of insuring your package. All packages are insured against loss and damage while in transit.
We offer domestic shipping only. Any changes to expedited orders may incur a double shipping charge. We make every attempt to ship with your requested carrier, but if a price discrepancy occurs where the estimate we provided is less than the actual shipping, we may at our discretion choose another carrier (This only applies to non-expedited shipments).
We ship orders Monday Through Friday, excluding all major holidays. Order ship with the following priority:
USPS Priority/UPS Ground - Orders ship within 1-3 Business Days
USPS Express/UPS 3-day, 2-day, Next day - Orders ship within 1 Business day
Economy Shipping - Orders leave the warehouse in 4-7 business days
Should you need a special shipping service or Saturday Delivery, please contact us for details. Any next day air order placed after 8AM EST Thursday should expect delivery on Monday, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Refused packages or packages returned to sender: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and return shipping costs for these packages, unless proof can be provided showing a carrier error. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the charge to re-ship your item to the correct address.
Package Theft: Unfortunately we can't be responsible for packages that are stolen off your property in any way, if you feel this is a possibility please request signature service on your order.
Some items require a signature for delivery.
