You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order. You must request a Return Authorization Number prior to sending it back to us, and any return sent without one will be refused.  Please read the following for return guidelines:

Defective Items

If your item arrived DOA/Defective/Broken/Not as described: it is best to refuse the shipment if possible. If not possible, please notify us immediately of the problem so that we may correct it. We will cover return shipping (non-expedited shipping only) and the cost to ship a new one back out. We will only ship a replacement out after we have received the defective item and verified the defect.  Some defective merchandise will be sent to the manufacturer to verify the defect, a replacement will not be issued until we have received the verification from the manufacturer that the item is defective.  For all optics, please contact the manufacturer to request a replacement. For insurance claims, we will not re-ship an item until we have received the settlement from the shipping company.  All DOA/Defective/Broken items will be replaced with a new item, no refund will be issued unless approved by ManVenture Outpost.

Non-Defective Items

If you don’t like what you ordered, or the item you ordered didn’t work like you thought it would, or if the item was not what you expected in any way, you may return it to us for a refund provided the item is not used and can be resold in new condition. This includes firearm accessories that don’t fit your model of gun (to help avoid this, please contact the manufacturer before you order to confirm compatibility.) Shipping and handling is not refundable, and you will be liable for a 15% restocking fee.  If your item included free shipping, you will be responsible for the actual original shipping cost we paid to ship your item.

All Other Items

Any other return is subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of ManVenture Outpost.  Basically, if it’s our fault, we’ll cover it, if it’s not, we won’t.
