We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays.  Orders will be processed in the order they are received. All credit cards are charged immediately, automatically by our server, including backorders.  We will update the status of your order as we prepare it for shipping.  We update our stock hourly, but unfortunatley sometimes we do sell out of items between updates.  If we sell out of an item that you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to backorder, or cancel the order with no penalty.

Order Status Definitions

Processing - We are reviewing and verifying your order.

In Warehouse - We are allocating your order and packaging it for shipping.

Shipped - Your order has been shipped. If we have a tracking number we will provide it to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel orders for any reason including pricing errors. We accept domestic (US) orders only.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for similar items.  For all exchanges there will be a 15% fee not to exceed $10.

Backorders 

We can accept back orders on most items, but please contact us prior to ordering any item showing 0 units in stock for more information and estimated delivery time.  Partially backordered orders (an order consisting of both in stock items and out of stock items) will require an extra shipping fee to be paid at the time of the second shipment, please contact us for details.  Backorder cancellations will be treated as regular cancellations, and will be dealt with according to the terms below under Order Cancellations.  Should we be out of stock on an item when our online stock count showed that it was in stock, you will be notified immediately and given the option to backorder the item or cancel the order with no penalty or fee.  Credit cards are immediately charged for all orders including backorders.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations at the request of the customer will be subject to a fee of $1 if the order has not shipped, or if the order has shipped please see our return policy.  By ordering from our site you agree to these terms. Orders canceled by ManVenture Outpost for any other reason will not be charged a fee.

Chargebacks

We understand fraud is an unfortunate risk in doing business online. However, chargebacks due to any other reason will be turned over to Rapid Recovery Solutions Collection Service if the product is not returned in new condition within 10 days of the chargeback.
