Order Information

We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays.  Orders will be processed in the order they are received. All credit cards are charged immediately.  We will update the status of your order as we prepare it for shipping.

Order Status Definitions

Processing - We are reviewing and verifying your order.

In Warehouse - Your order has successfully been processed and has been sent to the warehouse to be packaged and shipped.  Expedited Orders (UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day, UPS Next Day, USPS Express) generally ship within 1 business day. All other orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Economy Processing - Your order is in transit to our economy facility and will ship within 4-7 business days.  Economy orders can not be canceled or changed once an order has been placed.

Allocating - Orders that are allocating can not be canceled or changed without additional fees.

Loading Dock - Your order has been packed and is on the loading dock awaiting pickup by the shipping carrier.

Shipped - Your order has been shipped.  If there is a tracking number associated with your order you will be able to track the package once the carrier has picked up and scanned the package.

Awaiting Customer Approval - We have a question about your order and have sent you an email regarding the issue.  Your order is on hold until we receive a response.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel orders for any reason including pricing errors. We accept domestic (US) orders only.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for similar items.  For all exchanges the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Please contact our return department for instructions.

Stock Status and Backorders 

We update our stock hourly, but occasionally we will sell out of an item before our stock count is updated.  Should this happen we can backorder the item, cancel the order without penalty, or offer a substitution.  Partial backorders will be shipped out with no extra charge.  Credit cards are immediately charged for all orders including backorders.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations at the request of the customer can not be guaranteed as we do our best to ship orders as fast as possible.  If the order has shipped please see our return policy.  By ordering from our site you agree to these terms. Orders canceled by ManVenture Outpost for any other reason will not be charged a fee.

Chargebacks

We understand fraud is an unfortunate risk in doing business online. However, chargebacks due to any other reason will be turned over to Rapid Recovery Solutions Collection Service if the product is not returned in new condition within 10 days of the chargeback.
