Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally.

Do You ship to APO addresses?
We can ship some items to an APO address.  There are certain restrictions that don't allow us to send all of our products to an APO address, for specifics please visit the USPS website.  Some APO orders will be delayed up to 5 days as we allocate the items to be shipped to the APO address.

Are your products factory seconds, open boxes, or refurbished? Not unless specified clearly. 99% of our merchandise is 100% new in box from the factory. We will only offer refurbished items when we have them, and it will be clearly stated on the page if it is.

What will it cost me to ship an order to my zip code?
You can get an estimate directly from our shopping cart. All you need to do is add the selected items to your shopping cart, and then click estimate shipping. Insurance is based on USPS/UPS rates and is not optional and is calculated separately depending on the carrier you choose.

Can you expedite my order, I need this item ASAP?
The only way we can expedite an order is if you select expedited shipping. If you select ground shipping, your order will ship out in the order we received it. Any order shipped with express (USPS Express, UPS 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight) shipping will automatically receive expedited shipping.

Do you offer store pickups?
Unfortunately we do not keep stock at our FL location, we have warehouses around the country to best serve our national customers.
